Authentication of documents
All documents issued by the local authorities, required for administrative purposes in Belgium and subject to authentication, must be authenticated, first by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, subsequently by the Belgian Embassy in Cairo. They are then automatically valid in all the Belgian administrations, city halls and so on. They should not be older than six months.
In Egypt:
The documents can be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at one of the following addresses.
In Sudan:
The documents can be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs / Authentication Department, located in Khartoum East at the Joint of Mc. Nimer Street with Jamaa St.
